Portico by Fabio Viviani

I visited a while back when the restaurant was first opening and it was delicious! Service was not the greatest but not basing my rating on that, as like I mentioned, they had just opened. I was with 6 other people and everyone loved their meal. This restaurant truly isn't crazy expensive - the drinks aside, which accounted for a third or more of our bill. Have been looking forward to another visit.

I surprised my wife for our anniversary with an overnight at Del Lago Resort specifically to eat at Portico as Fabio Viviani is her favorite celebrity chef. It did not disappoint. When I made the reservation the hostess asked me if it was a special occasion and when we arrived we received a complimentary glass of champagne. The service was outstanding as was the food. We were very satisfied and can't wait to go again.

Excellent Food. Their specials make it a no brainier choice for awesome appetizer s and half price choice pick wines by the glass on Thursdays and Fridays. Michael is an excellent attentive server. Made our wedding anniversary special. We will return!

Loved the bread selection, I had the truffle shrimp ($16) and would get it again. My husband had the $55 Rib eye and said it was not the best.

More impressed than the last time I dined here. Drinks were good, decent wine list, and it matches the theme of the menu. Service was excellent. Italian food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

The food was good but I wouldn't really say it was great. The most delicious thing I ate was the Kobey Meat Ball off the appitizer. The rest of my food was kinda greasy including the lobster and seafood pasta. Was also really pricey for the quality of the entree's. Only good thing was the portion sizes of the entree's we're more that enough. Wine was also pricey for the brands and age. Not sure if im going back anytime soon.

Went for the first time on 2/8. Our waiter was nice. It took a bit long to get our food (45-50 minutes) but we think the kitchen was backed up. Food came out piping hot and it was delicious. We ordered the pumpkin fettuccini and the lobster Mac and cheese, both were phenomenal. We didn’t feel rushed and it was cozy. I would love to go back!

My friend & I had dinner here last night and it was amazing. We got a bunch things to share, and the rigatoni carbonara was to die for! The meatball, roasted cauliflower and charcuterie platter were all great. And we got the beignet/donut dessert which was so good! Can't wait to eat the leftovers.

Veal chop was excellent. Perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Loved the octopus appetizerWe'll definitely return ♡♡

Excellent food from a celebrity chef restaurant. If you have seen Top Chef and liked it you will love it.

Went for Cayuga County Restaurant Week. They were doing a special prix fixe menu, which was definitely a great deal. Had the smoked pork belly for an appetizer, rigatoni carbonaro for main course, and chocolate dome for dessert. I brought home leftovers from each course. Everything was delicious and beyond expectation. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a great experience at the restaurant tonight, Bernard the gm is professional, he cares about the overall experience being an exceptional and we appreciated that! If you make a reservation ask for Micheal he’s been there since the being and his service shows it!! The food was as always amazing we will def be back!!

Come home twice a year to visit the family and this is by far the best meal I have had with them. The honey butter and bread was amazing. The entrees were also fantastic and every one in my family loved their food. Def gonna ask the parental units to come back here. This was the first night of their new menu, my mom tore up her branzino. My Dad and brother had the lamb cooked perfectly. Staff was fantastic, waiter was super friendly and it was nice the manager checked in with us too. Would give 10 stars if I could. Below was the super tasty baked ziti!

Husband and I came for our anniversary dinner. We thought the food was excellent! We ordered the steak frites and filet mignon. My husband got a loaded baked potato and it was the best he's ever had. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Thank you!

Was at restaurant last night. Excellent. Have not been back for awhile as prior menu was dissapointing. Its changed. Night and day.Great prime steaks., perfectly cooked. I was going to TS steakhouse, now I will be back to del lago for a great steak. Kudos for the new nenu.

Came on a Monday where it was Buy one get one entree free. Well worth it. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. My veal chop was cooked correctly as was my wife’s filet mignon.

My 50th Birthday dinner was delightful! The Grilled Octopus, the Filet Mignon, the Creamed Spinach!!! The Champagne & surprise dessert! Perfect choice!

Stopped in for dessert and a glass of wine with a friend after a concert at The Vine the other night and the desserts were fantastic! Have eaten dinner here several times over the past few years and the food is typically delicious. However, I went with my family for Thanksgiving this past year and the food and service was a huge disappointment so not sure if or when I will ever return for dinner.

Service was exemplary, they were great at answering questions, getting food out quickly and refilling drinks often. Celebrating a special event there was perfect. The food however, was less exciting. The truffle flavors were excessive and everything would have been better without it. The prime rib was amazing, there's nothing negative to say about that. They used the same rolls for each course, baked, fried, rolled in cinnamon and filled with nutella, which took away from it to keep having the same thing. The sausage mac and cheese had not one actual piece of sausage in it. Overall, just an average dinner.

I took my mom here during her visit to the fingerlakes. The ambience is upscale,but yet comfortable. My meal was very good. However the service was a little lacking. Three different wait staff during the course of dinner and some minor confusion on drink orders. Waitor took my check and credit card and never came back. On the way out I finally received my receipt from hostess. Overall good food but service was lackluster.

Second time we have been here. Very nice decor. Very good atmosphere. The staff is very professional and polite. We also like that this place is off the thruway. We got the pork belly agian, it's so good.
